Ms Diaz came to my house for a cleaning. We had discussed a one time deep cleaning followed by a weekly cleaning. I paid her above what she quoted for the first time cleaning and we had discussed she would return every week. Not only did she stop responding to me and my texts, nor did she ever show up. I tried calling from another number, she answered my call and then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked her about not responding. I'm surprised there are people like this here on Angie's list. Absolutely amazed at the lack of professionalism and indecency of this company. Take your business elsewhere.
