"Our system was not cooling and we needed it checked for all issues that could be causing it. The technician did incomplete checks and declared the issue was just that the plug was not in place, he did not give us an estimate for approval, he directly billed us to pay $275 for putting the plug in place. After a few days the issue with our cooling reappeared, he came back and mentioned there could be leak but refused to check where the leak was without another payment. When he came the first time he should have at least checked our system properly for the $275 he charged us. They just declared everything is good without even checking with the meter."

I now have heat! I strongly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their heating and cooling system! They not only helped, but assured me .. a 60 yr old woman .. everything would be OK and safe. That is a VERY rare quality!"

"Rherd was contracted through home warranty company to repair the system. They got the heat working but it is stuck on heat. We turned the AC on on our way out the door for work and school. My daughter came home to her dog almost dead and the house 110 degrees. My dog had to go the emergency vets office for heat exhaustion which cost $440. The company refuses to fix their mistake and do the job properly until the warranty company sends them a new claim so they can get paid again. As a director with an auto repair company I know this is shady and unprofessional. A reputable company would fix their mistake even if it means taking a loss to do so. Your customers should never suffer for your incompetence and greed. "

He had to install the new blower fan into the existing fan housing, but he took the existing blower assembly (fan, motor, electrical, and housing) out to his truck in inclement weather to do the work. I offered up my garage, but he said that he would be fine out in his truck. From start to finish it could not have been more than 40 minutes. The blower unit runs and sounds like a brand-new install. Very quiet. Prior to the repair the blower sounded like a freight train passing through the house. Very happy and the cost was reasonable."
