The tech was very knowledgeable and skillful. He had to install the new blower fan into the existing fan housing, but he took the existing blower assembly (fan, motor, electrical, and housing) out to his truck in inclement weather to do the work. I offered up my garage, but he said that he would be fine out in his truck. From start to finish it could not have been more than 40 minutes. The blower unit runs and sounds like a brand-new install. Very quiet. Prior to the repair the blower sounded like a freight train passing through the house. Very happy and the cost was reasonable.

I compared different prices and the estimate provided by Prichards probably saved me thousands of dollars on a heat pump by replacing two parts instead of installing new one.

He was quick, and attentive. He was very knowledgeable and was knew what the issue was and how to fix it the first time he came out.

Prichards fixed an ongoing issue that had cost me quite a bit of money in the past. A couple other techs had come out to help with no luck. One tech changed a part and that didn't do it, the other didn't find anything wrong. Well now it works and it's been working and for not very much money. I will keep Prichards in my phone book for the future.
