Our system was not cooling and we needed it checked for all issues that could be causing it. The technician did incomplete checks and declared the issue was just that the plug was not in place, he did not give us an estimate for approval, he directly billed us to pay $275 for putting the plug in place. After a few days the issue with our cooling reappeared, he came back and mentioned there could be leak but refused to check where the leak was without another payment. When he came the first time he should have at least checked our system properly for the $275 he charged us. They just declared everything is good without even checking with the meter.

Just excellent, in every way possible, to include the price. I recommend them to anyone looking for the best with a fair market price!

We had Aire Serve install 2 mini splits in a large barn to heat/cool. They gave us quote and the final bill was exactly that - no additional this or that added later. Their quote was less than most others and since we’re quite a ways out the others were changing hefty travel fees. The work was done in a very professional manner and right on time. They also helped with all the warranty paperwork and were more than helpful with follow on questions we had as we learned the system. Have recommended them to many and would definitely use them again. First class!
