"They did a good job of cleaning the ducting but when the removed the air filter they didn’t turn off the recirc fan and the excess dust and dirt went and got stuck in the A coil. I had to remove the sides of the unit in the attic to be able to remove the big clumps of dust/dirt so they didn’t stop up my coils. Other than that they did a great job. Air duct cleaning/ sterilization of the system. It has a couple of vents with mold spores starting. The technician found them and put them to the side for me to look at and recommend that they were replaced so I did."

"We had a recurring issue from a previous trip. David called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. Giving me time to get my dogs put up. He showed up, got right to work and checked the freon in the unit. He then got to root of our issues a leaking drain pan. He unclogged the drain pipe, explained to me how it got so backed up from algae in the drain pan. He put some tablets in the pan to dissolve the algae. David was very professional and courteous and thorough with his service. I’m very happy with Spencer and the courtesy service that they always provide and since this was a retrip call we were not charged. What a blessing!
