I gave him 50% as an advance and it is important to mention that when it comes to collecting payments he is super punctual but when it comes to finishing the job he is terrible. He does not answer the phone, when he does answer he makes commitments that he never fulfills and literally you have to be chasing him so that he fulfills what he offers , he does not deliver equipment on time and of course he does not finish the job. He is an irresponsible and unprofessional fraud. I have to hire someone else to finish the job. USA AIR and ROBERTO QUIROS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY."
