ASC was definitely the right choice! They handled everything for us from arranging the attic clean out and insulation removal to a very professional installation and repair of our duct work. The workers were all prompt and respectful. JR was our Account Manager and he stayed in continuous contact and follow up throughout the entire project. I will definitely recommend ASC to all of my friends needing AC work.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an incredible experience with ASC Heating & Air this past Sunday morning. My outside unit went out unexpectedly, and I desperately needed help. At 8 a.m., I called Ron and his team at ASC Heating & Air. Ron answered promptly and was incredibly helpful in arranging for a technician to come to my home. I was impressed when Craig arrived by 10 a.m., even earlier than promised! Craig conducted a thorough investigation of my outside unit and quickly identified the problem: a burned-out capacitor. He efficiently replaced it, and my AC was up and running again. Craig didn't stop there; he noticed that my fan was running at a high speed, which likely caused the failure. He showed me the measurements, explaining what they should be and what they were, which I greatly appreciated. Craig took the initiative and stated he would work to create an action plan to ensure my unit runs optimally in the future. His dedication to getting the results I was happy with and his outstanding customer service were truly impressive. Without a doubt, Craig's service was a 10 out of 10! Because of this exceptional experience, I will be subscribing to their VIP service once again for the peace of mind that comes from knowing I can rely on Ron and his team at ASC Heating & Air. Where do I begin? My son and daughter-in-law A/C stopped working in 100+ degree heat. They got 3 estimates. Company #1 said "replace the whole system; $16,000". Company #2 said "replace the whole system; $17,000". ASC Heating & Air came out and said, "you only need a few components replaced and it will last you years; $1,600." It's rare to find a business that will give you straight information and not try to rip you off. I've since used them and had a similar experience. I told my neighbor about them and he had the same experience. If you're looking for an honest assessment on your HVAC system, give ASC H&A a call. You won't be sorry!!

Got to the house within 2 hours of calling them in spite of being late evening.Found out what’s wrong almost immediately. Worked on it and we got our A/C working soon. Replaced a part and all is good . Efficient, courteous, very helpful in emergencies

I have done business with this company for several years and they never disappoint. They are always friendly, offer quick appointments, are very professional and knowledgeable and will work to get your service done within your budget. You never feel badgered or pressured with them. Zachery came out on a cold February day and quickly assessed the issue, ran out to secure the part we needed, and returned quickly to get the heater back up and running. We needed a furnace control board replacement. I was pleased with their promptness and professionalism.

No one wants to spend money, but when the old unit is dying it's time to bite the bullet and get it done. The owner and a couple techs were patient with us as they explained what it may take to repair the old unit (at least repairing a hole in the refrigerant line, a sensor, and the reversing valve and the compressor - yes, parts wear out and cause problems, and the right technician can detect the probable causes); efficiencies and operations of new, modern units, etc etc. Wife and I asked neighbors for thier experiences with costs, etc and we figured these guys were right in the ballpark. So, feeling comfortable with their technicians and their qualifications, we committed to a whole new system (the mechanicals - not the ductwork). These guys were great. The company has 6(?) technicians, all qualified, and a couple experienced helpers. Changing out the whole shebang is a big deal. They had four guys here during the intensive laborious part of the project so the heavy work was done well. They put down heavy paper and pads to protect our flooring all the way from the door of the house to the attic access. Anyway, while they were doing the job, they rerouted the refrigerant lines and the electrical lines outside so it looks neat and professionally done - much better than the original installation. This new YORK unit is a little more efficient than our old Goodman. The two-fan condenser unit outside is notably quieter. The house temperature now comes down to the 75F setpoint (the old one had trouble even on the not-too-hot days). We are much more comfortable. Great job!

Absolutely Great! Our first encounter with ASC was an emergency call to figure out what the last 3 companies could never quite get right. So frustrating to have service guys just keep doing the same patch repairs. ASC responded quickly and had the expertise to see what the other technicians missed. Bottom line: THIS is what an HVAC Company should look like! Professional, courteous, patient, and willing to go above and beyond. Only call them if you want it fixed right the first time! A+++

The crew at ASC Heat and Air is definitely recommended. The lead tech, JR, was able to walk me through all of my questions. Very honest and respectful. They were nice enough to not wear shoes upstairs when we asked. Ron, the owner, was in constant contact with me addressing all concerns I had. Even Marsha, the accountant, was very hospitable. I just found myself my forever A/C repair company to go with anytime I have an issue in the future!

We have been doing business with ASC since 2017, they have been amazing at taking care of our AC unit. I can send a message early morning about any issues we are having and we will have someone at my door in a few hours. Like today, Joey came around 2:30 and was done with servicing my unit by 4pm. Thoroughly explained what what he found and what he did to fix it. They have gone above and beyond to take care of us.
