Do not trust this company or its owner Roberto Quiros. I hired him to install new commercial equipment which has been a nightmare. I gave him 50% as an advance and it is important to mention that when it comes to collecting payments he is super punctual but when it comes to finishing the job he is terrible. He does not answer the phone, when he does answer he makes commitments that he never fulfills and literally you have to be chasing him so that he fulfills what he offers , he does not deliver equipment on time and of course he does not finish the job. He is an irresponsible and unprofessional fraud. I have to hire someone else to finish the job. USA AIR and ROBERTO QUIROS ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

We requested one other quote that was 40% over USA Air's quote, so ended up going with the cheaper one. We were very pleased with our choice. They were very expedient and included refilling the freon in the AC to be able to have a cool house in the time it took to receive the parts needed for the repair. In the meantime, they stayed in touch to insure the AC was still working ok. Every time they came by the house they let us know ahead of time and we're very timely. I definitely recommend them.

They went above and beyond to give me exactly what I needed, installed fast, at a great price. The guys were very nice and professional. Everything was done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. I'm so glad we found them.

I had USA Air install my systems in 2018. Very professional, gave an honest assessment on additional work I was wanting done and did a great job on the installation and making sure I knew how to work my thermostats. I recently discovered one of my units was not working (clogged line) and a person was sent out in less than 24 hours. It was a simple fix, but they came in fixed the problem and did a quick check of my thermostats to made sure both units were functioning correctly before they left. I was impressed with the quick appointment time given this was during triple digit record heat weather. This company stands by their work and their customers. Thank you guys!

I put in a request to Home Advisor to get bids for my AC Unit. USA Air was one of three companies that I received quotes from over the phone and email. I also had quotes from Champion AC and Jon Wayne. Champion AC was the most competitive quote, and then Jon Wayne came out and gave me their quote, which was $6-7k higher than these other two. I had scheduled Jon Wayne to come out to sign the contract the following evening, and I decided to call Robert, at USA Air, because I wanted to make sure I was getting the best price. I called USA Air the following morning and spoke to Robert and discussed the unusual layout of my AC System and asked him if he would come out and give me another quote after looking at my system. Robert was very nice and he drove across town to my home to give me a new estimate. We discussed my concerns and Robert was very knowledgeable about my system, and what I needed. Although the new quote was higher than his original, (I upgraded from a 14 Seer to a 16 Seer Unit), I decided to have USA Air replace my AC. Robert and his install crew showed up on my doorstep at 9:30 this morning on time, and began working right away. They had my old system out of my house before noon, and began installing and reconfiguring my duct work to accept the new unit (AC & Heat). I forgot to mention my AC/Heater was in my Attic. My new system was working by 5:30 PM. I've read horror stories about installs, so I was very happy that I didn't have to go through that and my AC was working! Just in time for 90° F weather. Thank you Robert and your Team!

Super team: thorough, knowledgeable, and courteours. Robert's team installed a new HVAC system at a very competitive price--no extra charges-- that stayed true to the estimate. They corrected some problems with our system, installed a new pad for the outside unit, paid attention to all the little details, and cleaned up the area completely.
