"?THEY ARE BUYING FAKE REVIEWS DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!? This company is extremely rude & aggressive. They trespass in private gated communities and when asked to leave they lie and condescend. This clown of a “salesman” here is one of the worst door-to-door salesman I’ve ever seen! I was in my garage and he rolled right up in that silly Segway and was practically in my garage when I turned around he was like to the side of my house! He’s lucky I didn’t grab my gun! I let him know that there’s no soliciting in our neighborhood, explained the HOA policy and asked him to leave, get out of my driveway and he wouldn’t move! I swear I thought he was going to square off with me! I basically had to tell him off to get him to leave my house!! Never in my life… I went and bought a no soliciting sign after 16 years living here never needed one before. For two days the whole neighborhood has told him to leave, but he won’t leave. We’ve called the company but they don’t seem to care at all. I’ve already spoken to the HOA president and Hawx will be blacklisted from our community. The owner of this company clearly has very bad business ethics and I would not do business with this company! They only 1.9 stars on Yelp BTW and look at their BBB reviews!!! Oh and I’m certain they’re paying for 5 star reviews."

"Tony did an excellent job. His response was quick and he showed up at the time he stated. He inspected the roof and attic areas and quickly found out where the squirrel entered. The procedure was to install a one-way door at the entry point to allow the critter to exit (I imagine for food and water). He finished up in less than 2 hours. Next step is to wait a few days, listening for the noise to cease. He then will come back and seal up the entry point. The charge was very reasonable, totaling $487"

"On September 22 2023 a Real Green truck made an illegal turn and nearly hit me at the intersection of US290W and FM 1826. Truck number 111, TX license plate SXT6617. I would never hire Real Green after witnessing the reckless and irresponsible way this person drove."

"I was BLOWN AWAY by Jonathan from Bulwark Exterminating. Unbeknownst to me, my neighbors had a bunch of wasps dive bombing their pool making the backyard generally unusable. They called Bulwark, but they couldn't find a source for the wasps on their property so their checked our place and we were WASP CENTRAL! 8 or 9 nests in the front eaves of our house! I just hadn't noticed them :( Well, Jonathan ran right over and took care of the entire collection of colonies. Super fast and professional, and didn't even charge extra for the extra work. That's the kind of service that builds trust and loyalty! The next time I have a pest problem, I'm going to call Bulwark, for sure. And now I owe my neighbors both an apology and a beer for picking such a community-centered extermination team."

"Kyle and Hunter are true pros. They care about customer service and actually went above oan beyond in trying to solve out small animal problem. They were very patient in explaining all that needed to be done, made multiple trips to our house to insure they were capturing the "creatures" who had invaded our yard and under our deck. They will be making a return trip the week of March 1ST to resume trapping as we still have a few "lingering" creatures wreaking havoc in our yard! And, in comparison, their pricing is reasonable! Call them! They know what they are doing?"

"DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins"
