DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, there are enough Pest Control Companies that conduct business in an ethical manner, save yourself the headache before its too late. They claim to service from property line to property line but yet, I have the same pests as I did before. Due to this, I called to cancel my service after 2 full servicing's and one spot treatment and not seeing a reduction in pests. Nothing is more frustrating than paying for a service and still have to deal with the inconvenience in which the service is suppose to alleviate. During the cancelation, I was told I would be responsible for the cancelation fee, to which I was reluctant because they were not providing the services they had promised and there for not holding up their end of the deal. I can understand differently if it was due to my own reasons and not the quality of service they are providing. Regardless of my position on the cancelation fee, their contract states I have 30 days to remit payment, but ins

Complete and total scam. The sales rep told me we were paying for a one time spray to see how we liked their services, that they'll do "twice the work for half the price". After the initial spray and subsequent "respray" there were more bugs than before with our old pest company. So I called to cancel and tell them their services were no longer needed. All of a sudden that one time spray is now a year long contract that you'll have to pay 80% of to get out of it. Scammy sales tactics, poor actual bug control, terrible customer service. It's a 0 out of 10 for me. Save yourself the time and read their BBB / yelp reviews.

I started this thinking it was a month to month program. I was not told at all that I am locked in for a year. They do not call ahead and I have a dog so they only spray the front yard. They did not leave any notes or anything. I tried to cancel this last Oct. Terrible communication and terrible service! would not recommend to anyway. Do not sign anything!

I am beyond grateful I upgraded from my old company to these guys. I had been with my old pest control guy for so long but finally 3 weeks ago I cut the tie and WOW I donâ t know why I hadnâ t done this sooner!! Finally the outside of the my house is actually cleaned, Havnt seen spiders in my daughters room anymore, and no more ants by our fridge.. my wife says the service man was very nice as well, but honestly I donâ t care how nice the guy is, I just want my home clean of bugs. He did do that, so Iâ ll be happy to see them again next visit!
