🚨THEY ARE BUYING FAKE REVIEWS DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY!🚨 This company is extremely rude & aggressive. They trespass in private gated communities and when asked to leave they lie and condescend. This clown of a “salesman” here is one of the worst door-to-door salesman I’ve ever seen! I was in my garage and he rolled right up in that silly Segway and was practically in my garage when I turned around he was like to the side of my house! He’s lucky I didn’t grab my gun! I let him know that there’s no soliciting in our neighborhood, explained the HOA policy and asked him to leave, get out of my driveway and he wouldn’t move! I swear I thought he was going to square off with me! I basically had to tell him off to get him to leave my house!! Never in my life… I went and bought a no soliciting sign after 16 years living here never needed one before. For two days the whole neighborhood has told him to leave, but he won’t leave. We’ve called the company but they don’t seem to care at all. I’ve already spoken to the HOA president and Hawx will be blacklisted from our community. The owner of this company clearly has very bad business ethics and I would not do business with this company! They only 1.9 stars on Yelp BTW and look at their BBB reviews!!! Oh and I’m certain they’re paying for 5 star reviews.

They do their job but finding that they are pricier than competition.

Signed up for service in June. Had a visit the next day. everything was great. Was under the impression this would be a quarterly thing and that's what my $70 a month was paying for. I was also under the impression that I would have some sort of contact with people if anything ever needed attention. I have not seen, heard from or even known how to get in touch with anyone since. I do, however, see that automatic payment come out every month for a service I am not receiving. I called today to cancel and was told that I cannot because there have been several attempt to visit but the address was unreachable. Also that there were visits but there were dogs in the back yard. I pointed out that these statements contradict each other, but either way, why didn't anyone contact me with the concerns? My assumption is, notes are being place on an account to CYA regardless of factual validity. I have food delivery that has no problem arriving at my address. I do not keep dogs in the back yard. $350 spent for nothing. I kept up my end of the contract, but the fact that service was not provided, and there has been no due diligence to provide service, this contract should be void. When you take money for providing a service, you should be taking every measure you possible can to provide that service. Otherwise, you are just taking money. I have received an auto debit notification of $27.06 and another for $54.12 in the past 2 days. When I called to ask about it, I was told that this was charged because I disputed the previous charges. Essentially, I was charged a monetary punishment for disputing a charge for services not received. WILL BE TAKING LEAGAL ACTION.

They would not come out unless I paid for termite service FIRST based on my telling them what was going on over the phone. “That’s the way it works.” Well another exterminator had just diagnosed a different type of termite than this Over the Phone “I know what I’m talking about cause I talk about it all day,” insisted they were. It’s high pressure sales preying on people’s fears. C’mon Angi these guys are using you to rob people!
