We were offered a very fair price, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

Beyond Fabulous! How's that? Rebecca came to the house in spring, and remembered the layout, the cat issues, the "bat cave," et cetera. She arrived on time, explained what she would do, when, how, etc. When I asked her what was easiest for her in terms of my paying, she said a check would work since she was headed back to the office in the afternoon. Quite simply, this is the pinnacle of customer service, and Bella Bugs should be thrilled to have her!

5 weeks after the treatment we noticed bugs in the house. We treat yearly and have never had bugs. I call the company to let them know that the treatment didn't work and they wanted to charge me a $45 service fee for coming back out to do a spot treatment. The post control guy and office staff seemed like very nice people but the bottom line was to prevent bugs in the house. I don't think the eco friendly stuff this company uses, deters bugs. I will go back to Bulwark Exterminating-Austin even though it will cost me a new yearly treatment fee to redo this treatment.

They were great! I called about a possible need for termite extermination, but it turns out I didn't have termites and the technician made sure I paid a fair price for the ant problem instead of the termite removal price. They are my go to for bugs now. Honest, Fair and very helpful. THANK YOU!

Beyond fabulous. It started when Rebecca called and said she was about 20 mins out - arrived 22 mins later. We met at the front door, outlined logistics, masks, gloves, etc. She could not have been nicer or more understanding. Great service and a great technician!

I've used Bella Bugs for the past 5 years. I just started doing an exterior spray every 3 months and it's been super effective. No wandering roaches or spiders in the house. Super eco friendly as well.

They did a great job. I had a wasp problem and they came out and sprayed and I haven't had a problem since. I would highly recommend them to my friends. They were friendly and pleasant.

Hector called prior to arrival and arrived promptly on time. He remembered his previous visit and what we were targeting. He is very cheerful, works fast, efficiently and provided good information about what he was doing, where and why? Very pleased.

Rebecca, my technician for Bella Bugs, has been absolutely wonderful. She is hard-working and thorough, explains what she is doing and why, and gives me advice about how to explain the roach problem to my neighbors since this is a building-wide issue, which makes the situation more complicated since each condo has a different owner. She does amazing work- she somehow found a roach nest that was in an electrical outlet sealed by paint, behind my fridge. She is professional, always on time and friendly. I highly recommend Bella Bugs.

We have used Bella Bugs for prevention of insects inside and out of the home as well as rodents in our attic space. When the tech that came out was Omar the service was exceptional. After Omar left however, the new tech seemed lazy and untrustworthy. He arrived at my home before I did and because I knew this might happen I asked him to start on the yard. The one thing that sets Bella's apart from all the other companies is that they spray the ENTIRE yard - not just the perimeter. And it is very effective when it is done that way. When I arrived home and he started in the house I asked him specifically if he'd sprayed the entire yard. He said "Yes." When I reviewed the camera footage (knowing he hadn't gotten there but a couple minutes before me) I noticed that he only sprayed the perimeter. That was not what I paid for and he lied right to my face. We've had many great services with Bella's but I will no longer use them because I don't want someone in my home that I do not trust. And he has earned the untrustworthy label by lying to me and not following company policy.

We've had Bella out to do this service 3 times in the last 6 yrs. It works very well and doesn't leave any odors.

I am very happy with Bella Bugs! I called them for help after contacting some other companies for comparison. I needed help with the large Palmetto roaches which had started coming in because of the recent rains. The Bella Bugs' representative was very friendly and helpful over the phone and they had a great website that answered my questions. I was really impressed that they were rated highly on Yelp, Angie's List (Super Service Award 2017), and Better Business Bureau (A+), plus they were very reasonably priced. The Tech came out today and was friendly and knowledgeable. Such a nice change from the old days of toxic chemicals and exterminators that ignored you. I watched as this Tech went all through the house and all around the outside and we chatted about pest control tips while she worked. She was amazing. I am so happy and relieved. If I need some help again in the future, or friends or family members do, I'll be telling them to call Bella Bugs!

They got the job done. They came the same day that I called for which I was grateful. They were professional, efficient and did a good job. The cost for the service was what I expected and the normal rate from what I have read.

It went very well. It was my first time hiring and exterminator. Scott made it feel as if a friend was over helping me with the pest. He even applied the senior citizen discount for my aunt, which I didn't know about. She's 83.

Scott was punctual and very personable. He inspected the premises, including the yard perimeter, pointed out a problem, suggested a treatment option, explained what he would do and why. He also explained what other pest control companies might do or suggest. In the end, I hired him to take care of it and the work was done within two hours.

The work was thorough for both interior and exterior. Issues were pointed out and questions answered. This pest control service was by far the best I have received. The exterior work was exceptional.

Sign up was easy and convenient. Showed up on time.

Very well. They come every 3 weeks to spray for mosquitoes. I had them once for bugs.
