He discover and issue with the control board being in suspend mode and cleared the issue. Tested the unit to verify it was operating normally. Great job, this was a Sunday and was not expecting service until Monday. Not many service providers would do that and not charge quite a bit of a premium."

Once they tested the equipment, they let me know the issue was a defective unit and asked me to put pressure on the 1st company to have them either refund my money or fix the problem. I did and the 1st company replaced the defective unit. I will definitely use True Blue going forward for AC work. They knew what should be done!"
