I had an issue with a new system that was installed and the prior company that installed the unit could not get the system to work properly. (They told me to find someone else.) True Blue was very responsive, courteous and knowledgeable. They responded quickly. Once they tested the equipment, they let me know the issue was a defective unit and asked me to put pressure on the 1st company to have them either refund my money or fix the problem. I did and the 1st company replaced the defective unit. I will definitely use True Blue going forward for AC work. They knew what should be done!
