I heard about Coolray of Tennessee through Home Depot when I requested a quote off their website. The dispatch called me immediately, and she was able to set up an appointment the very next day. Everyone that I have encountered has displayed excellent customer service, and they installed my HVAC unit a couple of days later. I would like to thank Ted, Josh, and Alex especially for making my home warm again. I would recommend Coolray of Tennessee to anybody.

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will scam you! They had open a bank account /credit in my name … they told me I needing all this repair done but didn’t because no water was leaking after I got a second opinion and also I have never received a callback. I’ve had this credit card was open in my name which had led to my credit dropping down 11 points.
