+ -1 moreJake, the owner, was going to be in the area and offered to stop by and take a look at the cooling unit and see what the problem was. He discover and issue with the control board being in suspend mode and cleared the issue. Tested the unit to verify it was operating normally. Great job, this was a Sunday and was not expecting service until Monday. Not many service providers would do that and not charge quite a bit of a premium.
Description of Work: Air Conditioning was no longer cooling. System was only circulating hot air.

+ -1 moreAJ came to my house that same day and began diagnostics on my unit. He discovered that the motor was burnt out and ordered a new one. He went to pick it up and installed right away. After he installed the motor, he turned on the unit and discovered that there was more problems with the unit. His advice on the possible outcomes was very professional and cost efficient.

+ -1 moreAJ was courteous and on time. Unit went out on a Saturday night. AJ was here on Sunday morning. He diagnosed the problem and temporarily got the unit back on during the first visit, ordered the control board, and the next day (Monday) was on time to install the part. I'm a happy customer!
Description of Work: Ordering a furnace control board. applied a 5% discount total came to 899 for the furnace control board and 69 for the Sunday diagnostic fee.
