Chris showed up within a day of being called, came up with a game plan and communicated with us until the plan was solidified and a price quote was settled. He showed up on time ready for work. In the process he discovered our main water line was in disrepair, called in a company plumber and had our new water line installed within hours. LIAR AND THIEFS I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this company NICK the one who promised me stuff on my set of blueprints the company never did and when I told them they never held up to their agreement I was supposed to get a full set of big prints now they want to charge me extra 500 to send them when I can get it way cheaper are you ridiculous I’ve all ready paid 7000 and that I never got quoted I was quoted 4000 and then they hit me an extra 3000 grand nothing but headaches and problems with them no communication or nothing and all I got was a bunch of lies and broken promises and never knew who I was gonna speak to the next time I called my project kept getting handed off I’m hoping when I take these to my county they don’t laugh at me AND IM TALKING TO A LAWYER"

"A home is the most expensive item a family is ever likely to purchase. And the purchasing of a twenty-year-old house is likely to be filled with even more expensive surprises. In January of 2022, we had our expensive surprise as a midnight torrential downpour left one giant swimming pool of a puddle in our backyard lanai. The next day, we secured some recommendations and M. Perez Pavers name kept coming up with positive reviews. We called that morning and, by 10 AM the following day, Ana and Mauricio were at our home inspecting the damage. Although we were expecting them to tell us that we needed to replace all of the pavers on the lanai (over 200 square feet) , we were pleasantly surprised (and relieved) when they told us that only the flooded section needed to be lifted (not replaced) and some sand had to be replaced and re-leveled so that rainwater would no longer accumulate in that one spot. We hired M. Perez Pavers immediately and after watching the crew work, were not disappointed. Ana and Mauricio treated our lanai as if it were their own. The process of lifting and leveling was done in a careful, clean, and methodical manner. Ana and Mauricio always communicated with us via telephone calls, texts and continually sent us daily updates. They put in full days of work for two days, stopping only to have lunch. And when they were done, they cleaned all debris, and power washed our lanai. In fact, we were so happy with their work, we hired M. Perez Pavers re-cement our driveway edges, which, due to twenty years of usage and weather conditions had cracked and weakened in many places along the edges of our driveway. Thanks to Mauricio and Ana, we now have a lanaiâ ¦ free of accumulating rainwater, repaired to allow it to last that way for many years to come.
