We hired Steve to take care of a fairly extensive punch list to get our house ready to sell. Steve promptly responded to all our questions. He was able to provide cost effective solutions as well. All work was completed in a timely fashion. The workers also cleaned up after themselves.

HLC remodeled my garage and converted it to a photography studio. They did a wonderful professional job, repaired walls, painted, added trim, baseboards, built custom steps, installed a metal wall for magnets, replaced garage door with beautiful French doors, installed new flooring, new light fixture and new keyless entry on two doors. Highly recommend!

16 X 80 Mobile home redo the crawl space insulation, repair water leaks, remove garden tub, repair flooring. Did a fantastic job, cleaned up and hauled all trash. Not only did they do the work they were hired to do but found a few areas that needed repair and scheduled the additional repairs for the next day to prevent further water damage. The crew was so polite, prices very fair. Quality work. Highly recommend.

Steve and his crew were very professional and courteous. He answered a few concerns we had and offered good suggestions. He was very easy to communicate with and responded back quickly. Our deck and stairs were in bad shape. They replaced all of the top railings and most of the deck boards. The stairs were really bad and they look fantastic now. There were also a few non-deck related issues we had around the house and they were taken care of to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend HLC for any deck repairs you would need or even minor landscaping issues you may have. Give them a call!

We had trim around two bathroom mirrors removed and replaced. They did an awesome job. Steve worked to get the job done right. Charles the workman did a great job doing the job. We would definitely recommend them.

Very honest and professional!

I thought the plan was to cut out bad drywall & put drywall that was missing from wall to the shower where we had taken out tub & shower. While he did put missing drywall back but the bad drywall behind toilet that crumbles he mudded instead. The plumber said he didn t even think my baseboard would even hide it. It s sad for 400.00 . If I could figure out how to post the pictures I would.

Had a leak in my roof. Steve and one of his men came the same day prepared to and did fix the problem at a very affordable rate!! I have other work that I plan on having them do for me. Very satisfied and recommend that they be the first to call for your home projects!!! Clarence, Jonesborough, Tn.
