We are a small Construction and Landscape company that offers a wide array of services. We do full home remodels, and additions, home maintenance, patios, decks, fence construction, light drywall work, drainage, siding, gutters, windows and doors and small handyman repair services as well. Our Landscaping services include full Landscape design, Construction and Installation, as well as Maintenance and Gardening to keep it looking great year round. We are a small growing company. You will be working directly with the owner of the company, so you can be sure that your are taken care of correctly. Phillip moved to illinois in 2016 and started his business. He has been doing landscaping since 2000 and has his degree in Horticulture and in business. His construction experience is various from growing up on a farm, where his family together, build their own home, to working for other companies on various projects, to flipping properties. We are eager to help you with your design, new build, remodel, landscape or maintenance projects that you need help with.

"Firepit 1ft off center Firepit had no crush under 1st layer like u promised. Actually bottom layer has zero nothing naught under it. They just laid them out around my Firepit 2 Sitting wall 5in higher rt to lt 3 Sitting wall not centered, and not 16 ft like u promised. It's closer to 12 ft 4 Water ponds in middle of pavers after rain 5 Edges of patio a mess where they dribbled cement. 6 Grass just laid on Edges of patio over dribbled quick Crete. When did grass start growing on cement, lol 7 No sand on Edges of most outside grey pavers 8 Patio lights system with the cheapest transformer $63 known to man. I could of had a 120W for the same money. $1000 was price gouging for a 10 minute install and 150 in supplies. We could have dropped a 14/2 wire under 4x3 walkway and has tons of future lighting possibilities. Thanks for looking after us. 9 U didn't even have the courtesy to walk Brenda around the patio before you dove in for the final payment. Shame on you !!!!!!!!! 10 All around patio was left a mess, especially the 3x20 section beside house 11 You damaged end of 10x3 , now 8x3 walkway and dribbled cement in crack you'll broke taking out cement. 12 You cut our live cable line and ran over it 30 to 40 times digging. You could have come in N to S and avoided running over cable so many times. 13 And above was caused when u didn't coordinate with 811 on buried cables Let Brends me know when you want to address the poor quality of your work. The only good thing is that patio is 16x20 , except for round corner he guess at the curve and just eyeballed it instead of measuring the correct arc. Very dissatisfied with the 9 000 dollar patio. Oops, forgot, we paid 5k too much for the lackadaisical job ."

"When a weak place in my floor began to get worse I reached out to Angie's list to find a carpenter. I got a call from Andy almost immediately. Let me say he was truly a God send. Upon inspection he discovered I had multiple damaged joists. They were set to start the work less than 2 weeks later. Upon opening my floor, he discovered I had a much worse problem with the support to my house. Andy reassured me that he and his crew would do everything they could to save my house and get the work done in a timely fashion. Within 2 days I was back in my home!!! What was a bad situation was made bearable with Andy's kindness, compassion, honesty, and communication. I love my new floors!! They brighten up my house so much. I would not hesitate to recommend him. As a matter of fact, a week later I hired him for another job. He does a great job and stands behind his work. You won't go wrong with his company."

"Curtis and Zach were great! We hired them to stain our deck and they did a great job. We were so pleased with their work that we asked for a quote to paint the exterior of our house. They were very helpful in guiding us with color choices, and they made several suggestions that really made a difference in the overall look of our house. Theyâ re easy to work with, attentive to detail, and very professional. Every day they shared the plan for the day and even worked on underneath areas when it rained. EZ Breezy is more interested in doing the job right than getting it done quickly to move on to the next job. They also did little things like Curtis cleaning up and painting our hose rack before he put it back on the house. They also painted a gazebo bird feeder and the post to match the house and deck as a surprise! The day of the final walkthrough, Curtis brought some bird seed for the feeder. It was a nice surprise.
