About us

We are a small Construction and Landscape company that offers a wide array of services. We do full home remodels, and additions, home maintenance, patios, decks, fence construction, light drywall work, drainage, siding, gutters, windows and doors and small handyman repair services as well. Our Landscaping services include full Landscape design, Construction and Installation, as well as Maintenance and Gardening to keep it looking great year round. We are a small growing company. You will be working directly with the owner of the company, so you can be sure that your are taken care of correctly. Phillip moved to illinois in 2016 and started his business. He has been doing landscaping since 2000 and has his degree in Horticulture and in business. His construction experience is various from growing up on a farm, where his family together, build their own home, to working for other companies on various projects, to flipping properties. We are eager to help you with your design, new build, remodel, landscape or maintenance projects that you need help with.

Contractor started work as planned and kept me informed of all aspects of the job as well as any likely delays which was very appreciated. When work started, it was completed on time and to my satisfaction. Contractor was available for any issues, questions or concerns and responded to each in a timely manner. I would highly recommended this contractor and do plan to use him for any future projects going forward.

He charged us for the estimate ($45). I have never had to pay for an estimate in my entire life! So we did not go with him. :)

I called customer and set up appointment promptly. As always, I informed customer that we charge a $45 estimate fee to actually come out and look at the project as we always do. We like to keep our cost to all customers fair, so we ask that customers cover the cost that it takes for us to drive to their jobsite and spend the time with them to consult or give estimates. Many companies have estimate fees. I am always clear with prospective customers that we have one during our conversation before I arrive. I only met the customer during this one estimate process, and sent him the estimate within 1 week. No work was done, so there is not anything that can be given a rating otherwise.

They did an outstanding job. I have an older home and some of the gutter systems are set up for newer construction. They custom designed frame work around our house that allowed for a secure framework to install the gutters on. He even went out of his way to test it several times with a hose to make sure everything worked well. I would highly recommend them and I definitely would hire them again.
