+ -1 moreFrom the first time I stepped in to Caro Tile, I was greeted by a friendly person. Caro has some unique tiles and a great assortment to choose from. I knew what I wanted and Trish assisted me in finding it. An order was placed and it came in a timely manner. Due to a change in the design, more tile was needed so I had to reorder and am currently waiting for it to come in. Bill was excellent in helping with the reorder and clarifying the quantity/case. The only downside was the extra cost for shipping. I felt it was way too high and don't understand why I would be charged separate shipping fees on tile coming from the same manufacture.
Description of Work: Provided help in selecting tile for a bathroom remodel.
