He was punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. What we hoped would be an easy quick fix was in fact not in the cards for us. He helped us understand our options, how the A/C unit functions and although he had other calls came back the same day to install a new unit and coils. Although I’m not thrilled with having to replace these items, I am thrilled that it was James who did it. I wasnt home at the time so I called the owner of the company asking why I paid for NOTHING. Said the employee would return my call and never did. I was also told the employee did not have a ladder so not sure how they were going to clean my chimney."
