"Matt was originally to arrive for an estimate but did not show. He called later claiming a software error with a new system caused him not to get the right time on his calendar. We rescheduled for later in the day and he arrived when expected. I was told he'd send an estimate shortly. When I reached out after about a week, I found out he was sick.
