I wish it could be 0. Charlie has no pride in his work. He provided us with a quote to replace and widen our driveway. I had to leave for work the morning his team was completing the project and I made the mistake of paying in full. While leaving I texted him to make sure the curb was cut to make our wider driveway usable. He refused saying that a permit was needed. When I asked how much for the permit he said he doesn’t know and I can check with them myself. I asked why we never talked about this as an issue he had no response. I asked he could fill the driveway up flush with the curb so that we can use the driveway we paid for he agreed to do so. When I came home, he decided otherwise. He also decided to leave me with my neighbors yard waste from his work to clean up along with a mess from his concrete saw on the house that we just had painted a month ago. Sad company without any care for their work. STAY AWAY.

Ben and his crew was very professional. Ben reached out to me within the day I called to give me a quote. Arrived at the time giving to me to perform work and got it all done in just one day. I will definitely hire bens paving again in the near future for other asphalt projects.

Needed a driveway installed for an RV. We were gone for 10 days and were told it would be ok to drive on it upon our return. We used plywood under the wheels and tongue (as suggested). We ended up with multiple sunken areas from parking RV on new driveway. Contacted them (phone calls & texts) multiple times for over a year. They always promised to come back and fix, but they never did. They were good during the initial install, but we ended up with an expensive driveway that looks horrible. It could have been an easy fix (he kept telling us), but they couldn't be bothered.

They did a fantastic job. Quick to respond, quick to do the job, and did a couple of little extra spots that I asked for. Everything was handled professionally and our driveway looks great.

Charlie and his team were professional. They came out and emailed me a very detailed invoice. answered all my questions when comparing them to a few others. They actually redid a piece that was failing and their competitors suggested just adding extra asphalt. Great communication. Came when they were supposed to. Highly recommend

They responded quickly to my request for quote and when i contacted them to move forward with the job, they were again quick to respond even though it had been over a month since the quote. Charlie on of the owners was here on the day they did the work and the team was wonderful. came in did the work and left everything nice and clean. will recommend to friends and family.

The job was promised before Thanksgiving, and they did it before Thanksgiving. They came and got it done in the time described, and cleaned up well. I found a couple of things the next day that needed to be cleaned up, and he came back promptly and took care of it. Excellent job, good price,I would hire them again.

I called Ben's paving. Spoke with Charlie who said he looked at the driveway and would like to meet with me to discuss. We set up a time a few days later and I waited for a half hour. No one showed up and I called again and spoke with Ben who indicated he would call me back in 5 minutes. Never got a call back. Could not wait any longer as I was already taking time of from my job to meet these guys. I also called again the next day and no return phone call. Guess they don't need the work and I need my time waiting for them back.

Ben was extremely courteous, helpful, punctual and professional. It was an easy choice to select his company and they did not let us down.

I received three estimates and Ben was the only one who rang the doorbell and spent time listening to what I wanted and offering suggestions. He wasn't pushy and always behaved professionally. Later, all email questions were answered promptly which led to a competitive estimate. Work was done within a week of signing and the job came out looking perfect. It rained the day after repaving and I noted no puddles: uniformly level with a pitch to take the water off the drive. I highly recommend Ben's company for your driveway needs.

Ben's was top notch start to finish. Charlie came out the same day I called to see the job and within 8 hours I had a full PDF estimate of the job. Charlie's crew removed a long row of shrubs, graded the back half of my yard that meets the driveway, widened the driveway and installed a turn around. From start to finish his crew and machines were at my house for a day and a half. They kept everything clean, organized, and knocked it out. The end product looks great. Charlie's design for the turn around and input on how to layout the driveway was spot on and we couldn't be happier.

Nick does a great job. High quality of work. I have used him on at least 10 projects and he just finished up with my son's driveway. He is reliable and trustworthy. Nick is the only asphalt contractor that I will use and I highly recommend

The whole process was very smooth (including the new driveway). Charlie (the owner) responded within 24 hours of asking for the his price and was able to schedule the job within a week when we gave him the go-ahead. He was on site for the entire job. Gave us a start time of 8 am and the crew was on site and ready at 8 am. Removed the entire driveway 2000 sq feet and replaced it in a single day. Great job.

The entire day and the work went extremely well. Everything that was quoted was done expertly and the finished driveway looks amazing.

I would highly recommend Ben's pavement. Company responded to my internet inquiry immediately and actually came to house to provide and estimate same day. Contractor set up firm date for paving. Paving exceeded the 2 inch quote. In certain areas more repair and pavement was required yet contractor did not charge extra. Ben's also recommended Dan Hanson Construction for pavers in and around the new driveway. The two firm worked extremely well together.

He could not have done a better job.

Charlie and his crew worked in unison with each other. They were so meticulous and very professional. I was amazed watching how they all knew worked together. They never stopped until they were completely done.

I hired Ben's Paving to repave my long driveway in May 2013. The work came with a two year warranty. In 2014, they came out to fix a few minor problems. Over last winter, the driveway developed some serious issues including holes and major cracks. I contacted them in March 2015. Ben came out to see the problems and promised they would come out and make the necessary repairs. Throughout the summer they never came out. I contacted them several times, and got no response. In the fall, Charlie finally came out to look at the issues (again). He promised me that he would personally come out on November 24 to fix the hole by the garage, and that the rest of the work would be done in the spring. He never showed up, and never called. They insist that they will honor their warranty but nine months later, nothing has been done. They cannot be trusted.
