"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I had a small drain leak under my kitchen sink. I needed a small section and a tee removed and replaced. It was cast iron, so I was worried about cracking the pipe if I cut it myself. They quoted me ~$6,500. You didn't misread that. Over $6k. ~$3,500 of it was to do the repair. ~$1,500 was because of "limited access" so he could temporarily move the garbage disposal. You know, that extended 30 second job of turning the locking ring. ~$1,500 was to cut a larger hole in the cabinet. The tech literally told us we would save ~$1,500 if I cut a bigger hole myself. And that didn't include making a panel to put back over it. We were on our own for that. Was this real life? I was absolutely speechless. And then they had the nerve to CHARGE us $50 for that nonsense quote! I called someone else and paid <$500 to do the whole thing! This cannot seriously be a successful business model. Don't waste your time even calling these people. You'll just pay $50 to laugh them out the door."

"Repair Service to Fix Gas Boiler - WM Henderson first sends out a tech who is not familiar with gas boilers and admits there is an issue but does not know how to diagnose it. I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

"When our 20-year-old AC had a lot of problems throughout summer 2020, we knew it was on its last legs, and it finally gave out at the beginning of the hot season in 2021. We had received 2 estimates for a new system in 2020 but weren't completely happy with either company. We got 2 new estimates and decided to go with Fahrenheit. Mike came over the day after we called and we were very impressed with his knowledge and responsiveness, as well as the fact that his team was able to do the install the very next day. The price was fair and similar to the other estimates we had received. The team arrived promptly the next morning. They installed the new unit, blower and compressor.
