Bianchi Brothers are terrific! They were respectful, careful and helpful. They answered our questions and diagnosed the problem with our plumbing in our old row house right away. They also repaired the wall we had to open to get to the pipe! Fantastic work!

Great job! The Bianchi brothers responded quickly, came the same day at a specified time (no waiting around), and did my repairs for a reasonable price. I will definitely call them again. It was a pleasure.
Description of Work: Re-attached sink pipes where carpenters had disconnected them, and replaced tank-to-base screws in toilet that were corroded.

Spoke directly with the company - they quoted an estimate, said they would come out the next day between 10 am and 2 pm and confirmed they would send the insurance required by my building. I never heard from them again - they never sent the insurance required and never showed up despite several texts, calls and emails asking for the proof of insurance. Terrible experience - at the worst possible time in a project when I really needed someone reliable.

They were responsive and arrived exactly when they said they would. No waiting around! Then they got the job done in just a few hours even though they needed to create an access panel to do it. Would definitely hire again.
