"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

"There was excessive heating in 2 of our bedrooms. Invited AJ Perri - after a lot of loud banging, the technician said that we need 2 zone valves that will cost us $800 each for a total of $1,600+$100 for installation. I was able to find it on amazon for $73 each and the technician confirmed that I was ordering the right ones. He said he'd come over after the valves arrive. We called AJ Perri to schedule a follow-up appointment and were told that they won't install items that they didn't sell us directly! Went online and read a lot about these scammers - they have been fined repeatedly by the state for consumer rights violations. Will be filing a lawsuit against them soon. No idea how they have almost 5 stars on Angi's list - must be buying reviews from non-customers. These people are worse than used car salesman."

They came in to fix our HVAC system. the tech told us we need to replace the capacitor, after replacement it still didnt fix the issue. I was quoted another $1800 for the motor after an initial $375 charge. Luckily, we got a second company involved who diagnosed a clogged drain which was the issue. I paid $250 and got it fixed. We are still in dispute with this unprofessional company to refund our money back but they are full of excuses. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. GET SOMEONE ELSE"
