Joe responded within an hour on New Years Day to my quote request. Discussed the problem with the well water exchange tank and sent him pictures. Had a quote the next morning and Joe was here to complete the project within a week. While here Joe was more then willing to give us ideas for some projects as well. We will be using him for future plumbing work.

We were having issues with what we thought was our well pump. Our well is close to 700 ft deep and is close to 30 years old. Joe came out and spotted the problem right away. He was completely honest that he saw an exposed wire by between the well cap and the metal pipe that was causing an issue with power to the unit, and he didn't think the pump needed to be replaced. The fix was some basic electrical tape and placement of the wires from the conduit to the well pipe. I really appreciate honest service, especially when you do not know the way this type of system works. We have his card, and would call him again in a heartbeat!

Hired Joe for a Proactive Replacement of a Well Pump and Tank. Joe is someone that truly loves Plumbing, that is hard to find, he corrected all of the past installations, and used quality parts. Joe explained everything that was existing and what he will do to make it right, Joe and his assistant had the job completed in one day, for the price he quoted and stuck with that is outstanding.

Joe Park replaced the failed draw pipe between our spring and the jet pump in our basement. He brought along an excellent excavator who disinterred the old piping and, when the new pipe had been run, backfilled the trench. Joe fed the new pipe into the basement and then got down in the spring to install the foot valve. All this was done very professionally and efficiently. The entire job was completed in one day and for the estimated cost. I will definitely call on Joe again.

We were having trouble with water pressure getting to the 2nd floor. Joe came over on New Year’s Eve and fixed not only that but also fixed another issue we were having . Joe was very professional, called back when he said he would, gave me a time frame and came within that time. His rates are very reasonable! Joe provided emergency services at a very reasonable price very quickly! Everything he did professionally, explaining everything in terms we understood. We lost all water on a Saturday evening and were sure our well pump needed to be replaced. We consulted Home Advisor later that night, and received a call Sunday morning from Joe. Before noon Joe was at our house to diagnose the problem, got water running temporarily. After making an assessment, he got back to us with a great quote for the work needed to make replacements to the line and replace water tank (the pump was ok!). We were much impressed that Joe had responded to our Home Advisor inquiry in less than 12 hours, and was at our house on a Sunday morning! We were also very impressed with the wealth of knowledge Joe has for well pumps and their systems. Well done Joe!! We will be calling you for all our plumbing issues!!
