We do not have salesmen. A.J. is the gentleman that comes out to deliver each estimate and he is on each job. He actually explained that we could probably handle the repair ourselves if we were up for it, instead of paying him or someone else. He then walked us through every step in detail and made sure we were comfortable with the directions. So in the end, it cost us $0 in labor and only a small amount for materials, and really demonstrated AJ's integrity and generosity!"
