Mattioni Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

I always call Mattioni's for ALL my plumbing needs. I ALWAYS ask for Jared Colligan as Jared knows all of my plumbing. Jared is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and very congenial. I know that my service needs will be taken care of with the utmost care. Jared has installed my water system and takes care of it annually. He has replaced several outside faucets. He takes care of leaks and all the plumbing in my house. I appreciate Mattioni's being a local, family run business. Also congratulations to Mattioni's for their 75th anniversary. Appreciated receiving a $75 gift card for repairs AND a $10 gift certificate for donuts at my local Dunkin Donuts! Many thanks Mattioni's and Jared! (Thanks to apprentice Andrew as well!)

Mattioni’s master plumber did an EXCELLENT job replacing our spring house pump, pressure tank, and pressure gauge. Without being asked to help prevent freezing pipes in the winter they also installed new foam insulation around the connecting pipes.

A difficult job that was handled efficiently and effectively. Everything that was needed was available in the truck so no time at all was wasted. I would definitely want to have Bob do any future projects that needed doing.

Called and told them my Grinder Pump was not working and needed repair. Was told it was $50 for the service call. They sent someone right away and he looked at it and told me they don't work on grinder pumps and could not get parts anyway. He charged me for 15 minutes work which ended up as a $155 bill!!! A) $155 for 15 minutes non-work and B) they should have told me they don't work on grinder pumps when I called.

After so long that they installed my electric system, I had a minor issue. I called them and they send Michael within the hour. He was amazing. Fixed it right away and also with a kind smile in his face. Keep up the good work!

Amazing!!! Quick and easy. Rob also looked at our water heater system without us even asking and gave other suggestions for maintenance and possible problems that could potentially arise in the future. Very helpful.

Excellent work by Lucas and Eddy. Work was more tedious than expected. They were extremely professional and kept me updated on their progress during their long day. Lucas had a few suggestions about replacing some parts that made the finished job look better than we expected. So happy with the end result.

Jared showed up at 8 am and I showed him the toilet with the issue. I also showed him a few other fixtures I wanted him to look at. He provided me with multiple options which allowed me to have the work performed for my immediate needs while I review a few future projects. I will definitely use Mattioni plumbing and Heating again.

Very thorough- Wendell gave me a best case scenario and a worst case scenario. Was methodical in his work, did not rush through it, and explained everything he was doing. Extremely courteous and personable. I would recommend highly!

When they left the water was turned off when he was working. At some point it was turned back on right before he left. Soon after they the leak reappeared. I called the next day and they stated they would charge dispatcher charge to come back out and address the issue. I asked to speak with someone, no one called us back. I called them Monday and gave them two hours to call me back. No one called me back. I have called them several times to try and get this issue addressed. The only Manager of the family business was away on training. They did not transfer to me Robert the Manager. He is apparently the only person to address the issue. He is on Mountain time and they stated he could not because he is away. We ended up having damage to the ceiling due to the leak and it had to ripped down.
