technician was affable and competent. however initial quote was outrageous and negotiate price still exorbitant, even taking into consideration of the day of the week. 1hpur labor and $30 worth of parts does not equal $ 374

The worker showed up on time and was very thorough and upfront with pricing. Although we did agree to the price $1100 to install a laundry tub), I did feel the price was high. I think the $65 dispatch fee should be waived if someone goes forward with the job quoted- which it is not. The worker was pleasant and did a great job- he also removed the old tub and the packaging from the new tub which was greatly appreciated!

Masters of deception: I called to find out what's wrong with my water heater. They asked for my credit card info "to be on file". Said the charge was $65 to send someone over. Guy shows up and calls me from driveway and asked if I want him to go see what's wrong with boiler. Of course I do- thats why I paid $65. "Oh no- the $65 was for me to just show up. It costs $450+ tax unless you sign up for a membership fee which will only be $269 if you are member." A new RHEEM boiler is $530 at Home Depot. He made sure my credit card was on file before leaving. I paid $65 for the privilege of an upsale? How is this legal?

Communication before, during and after was great. Steve explained all my options so I could make informed decisions. He was respectful, worked fast and cleaned up after himself.

We called Valdel plumbing with a tricky internal piping issue. Nick Petril came out same day, evaluated the problem, discussed the situation with us and advised us of his proposed solution. On the spot, he quoted a price for the job, got our acceptance and scheduled the work for the following week. I knew it was going to take all day. Nick completed the work perfectly in two hours. Contractors who do what they say they will, when they say they will and for the agreed upon price are golden. That describes Nick Petril and Valdel plumbing.

Billy the technician arrived promptly and very efficient to removed the old faucet and replaced it with a new one. I would definitely reach out to Valdel Plumbing again!

The entire experience couldn't have been better. I reached out to Valdel about replacing a cracked toilet, and the response was almost immediate. I was scheduled for a technician visit the same day. The office staff were very responsive, and pleasant. The work was scheduled promptly. I was informed who the technician would be, and sent a photo of the technician so I could identify him when he arrived at the door. The technician (Nick) was a pleasure to work with. My kitchen sink was severely clogged. Two technicians came out to work on it and after some fighting, finally got it unclogged. It’s like a brand new sink. Both Stephen and Jason were very friendly and knowledgeable and came in and got the job done. Would highly recommend them for any plumbing issues.

ValDel Plumbing, LLC, I got a connection through Angi. They called me immediately. They told me a $65 fee for the visit and estimate. They came within an hour and gave me a quote for the Customer provide Water filter installation of $2403.24. I'm terrified and surprised about the pricing. This is an Angi SCAM. Stay away from kinds of Angi Applications and companies, Because of ridiculous pricing. Another company offered me a $1500 installation, including a water filter. This is 100% SCAM, they don't want to do the work, and for 10 minutes, they charged me $65.

The old valve was being replaced with a Grohe which is quite different from a North American brand. Steve Harris the senior plumber knew exactly what to do. They cut the wall in the bedroom only about 1 ft x 1 foot to access the back of the mixer valve. He replaced the valve with the Grohe and it works perfect. We had one other issue with the shower which I installed, Steve came back and corrected it in a few minutes. They are not the cheapest but get the job done right and stand behind their work.

Very well, quick, no problems. Arrived on time, explained my options, used shoe covers on my rugs, cleaned up afterwards.

Matt King was very honest in his assessment, and talked through all options with me. Very patient with our questions and helped us treat our issue. He also offered advice to improve the overall quality of our sink & garbage disposal moving forward. Will definitely be hiring Valdel again.
