We never hire anyone that we would not want working at our own house, and we always send the right person for your job. My brother and I are also still hands-on for our jobs, with some of the great employees that we have.

"Frank and his son did a fantastic job installing our luxury vinyl plank flooring for a very reasonable price!! Frank was so easy to work with. It took me about 3 weeks to decide on a color and then because I waited so long, the flooring wasn't going to arrive in time. Frank suggested a color closely matching my original choice and came back to my house with a sample so I could see it. He was so patient with me while I made this decision. I explained that I've never made a big purchase that I didn't experience Buyer's Remorse after and find a reason, no matter how crazy, that I was unhappy. Frank wasn't worried. He said it would take 2 to 3 days and they would need to remove and reinstall my bathroom toilet, and they would move all the furniture and washer/ dryer. The week before we were scheduled for installation, my powder room toilet broke and we needed a new one. I called Frank and asked since they were going to uninstall and reinstall my current toilet would it be possible to just install a new one? NO PROBLEM! When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new.
