"We could not be happier having hired Joe for a huge job. Our basement was a mess of 60 year old cast iron and a hodge-podge of repairs done by various prior owners. While other companies came out and told us what a nightmare the job would be and quoted us in the $5000 range, Joe calmly assessed what needed to be done, came up with plan and estimated half the cost. He removed every drain line in our home, sinks, tub and toilet, replaced everything with PVC and tied it in logically to the outgoing sewer line. He made sure that all his work was up to code and that we understood each step he was undertaking. He also ran a hot water line so we could install a dishwasher and put a new shutoff on our incoming water service when he notice that ours was in danger of failing. Joe did all the work himself in a single day, checking with us any time he felt we needed to be informed of what he was doing and why. He was punctual, professional and precise. We were also pleasantly surprised when his office called a week later just to be sure things were operating properly and that we were satisfied with the work. That kind of customer service and attention to detail even after the fact is quite rare these days. We look forward to working with Joe again for any plumbing needs we have. We highly recommend him from the smallest jobs to the largest. When we finish the second story of our cape style home, I have little doubt that Joe will be doing the work."

"They truly live by the code of "you get what you paid for". The price was cheaper than expected (and they included a free estimate too). So ultimately, our slow bathtub drain was cleared. However, the technician had terrible housekeeping. After stripping the caulking around the overflow valve, they left the caulking pieces in the bathtub and told us to flush them down the drain (?!). They said the provided bio solution would clear the pieces just fine...but why do that when a trash can is less than a foot away?? Then, they did not offer to reseal the valve they just opened...just left a mess for us to pick up. As such, we will not be using them again next time...free estimate or not. If we wanted the bare minimum, we would have done it ourselves."

"We could not be happier with choosing Unique Indoor Comfort for our new HVAC system. We found this company by being referred by a client of my husbands. The original duct work in our house was extremely undersized, over working our unit and not creating good airflow to reach the third floor of our town home. Reni came out to our home, and took the time to explain to me options with Unique to really make our new HVAC unit/system efficient and comfortable temperatures in our house. I really appreciated his kindness and patience with me with all my questions. Unique was able to get us scheduled within a week or finalizing the contract, just in time in end of April when the first heat wave hit. This company truly stood out for us and were able to work with our budget and our needs for our home. They were the only company who proposed how we could add an additional vent to allow more airflow, and to redo the duct work to the proper sizing for our house and up to code. "I scheduled an appointment with them in response to their ad to flush a hot water tank for $49, no trip charge or add on expenses. After scheduling and in advance of the appointment I called for details regarding the service to be provided at this very hard to believe price. No matter what time of day I called I was always routed to an answering service that only scheduled appointments. Each time they said they would reach out to a manager to get my questions answered. After 3 calls and an email without a response, I cancelled my appointment."

He gave me a great price and on Monday his technician, Jeff, arrived on time to replace both. He did so in two hours and hooked everything up properly. I've done this work, so I know when it is right. Very courteous and very professional. Replaced the expansion tank as it was again as well upon his recommendation.
