The crew was on time and worked until the job was done. The cleanup was excellent. Rich Beaumont was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I'm waiting for a good rain now to find out if the positive slope created around my house fixes the issue of water getting into my basement. The only thing that went wrong was that in the process of excavation, 5 of the termite bait stations I had planted had to be removed. The problem is that I forgot to tell the crew that I wanted them saved for re-planting, so they were thrown away. I'll have to purchase new ones, but the good price I got for the job will compensate for that expense.

We have used Equity Bldg Group many times over the years for our rental houses from whole house renovations to the odd repair or flooded basement. Rich and his subs have been great to work with, they do top notch work, and most importantly, have steered us away from making certain poor decisions when a repair wasn't necessary (at the expense of their profit). We have been thoroughly pleased and will keep going back.

They were very considerate to not to damage our driveway or yard while dropping the dumpster off. Well priced & timely service.

Working with Equity was fantastic. They handled a basement flood remediation and rebuild, worked with our insurer to get the cost covered, and assisted with upgrading the sump to protect against a re-occurrence.
