"The only "B" I give them is for punctuality, they did show up to do the work when they were scheduled but the quality of the work done was poor. The cleaners did not clean everything they were supposed to. They were to clean all the walls, woodwork, kitchen cabinets, stove and bathroom. The cleaning was hit or miss and they did miss quite a lot, even some of the easier dirt to clean like wiping out the drawers and shelves in the kitchen cabinets was not done. I had to clean the kitchen cabinets, woodwork, around all the windows and ceiling fans so I feel it was a waste of money. I believe they might water down the cleaners they use because if they had used full strength cleaners as I did there would not have been dirt left behind and the house actually did not smell like any cleaners had been used. As an example of their cleaning skills, I have attached pictures I took of the ceiling fan in the dining room after it was supposedly cleaned. There was no evidence that they had even tried to clean it. I also made multiple requests for a receipt for the service I paid for and never received anything but a bunch of excuses. Definitely sorry I hired them, would never hire again."

We specifically asked for this job to take 2 days. The first day to box up our kitchen and dining room, etc and the second day to move everything to the spare bedrooms and 2nd floor. It was great. It took about 4 - 5 hours each day. They got everything done beautifully. We were surprised at how well they packed our spare rooms. Nothing was broken. We'll be hiring them again to put everything back once the remodeling is done. Thank you Nathan!"
