Smooth service. Moving APT moved me from my 2 bedroom apartment to where I'm at now in Orlando. When they arrived to start the move I had a few things that I hadn't boxed up. They boxed it for me real quick. Nothing was damaged, lost or stolen. Highly recommend.

I never received all my boxes. There was one box in particular that contained personal letters from my Dad to my Mom from 60 years of correspondence (both have passed away); my birth certificate, social security card, current vehicle pink slip, death certificates of my parents and my younger brother (who passed just last September unexpectedly). When I called to hire Moving APT, they picked the call, answered all of my questions, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They were extremely prompt and responsive to all of my emails as my moving date approached. On moving day, the two movers were right on time! Most of my things were packed and wrapped to go, but I let them wrap my dressers. They loaded everything into their truck with care and speed. They met me at my new address and used the same care and speed to unload everything. After they finished moving everything, they were able to process a credit card payment for the move right there. Moving APT guys are fantastic. I've used a lot of movers between personal and work needs and these guys were super professional, reasonably priced, finished within the expected timeframe and never complained about anything!! Will be using and recommending them again.

To start if you are reading this, Find another company. it took them 13.5 hours to move us, 90% of the boxes were dumped off in the detached garage, master bedroom was in the kitchen, they dropped multiple boxes which resulted in broken family items passed down over the years, things were left out in the rain, we had to get a truck at 1130 at night to get the items they left and when we called they said they thought they were staying, I said you know we are moving right, Who would leave this stuff , Missing a box of silver and rare coins worth around 100,00., They left our couch taken apart and we had to call them to put it back together. I have moved over 20 times in my life, Never have I had such a horrible moving company. We only moved 30 minutes away. Despite what they say this matter was never attempted to resolve, The claim was the same in both phone calls to me and conversation ended when they threatened to have me arrested. They never once tried to resolve the issue.

My whole belongings, including my large sectional couch, were relocated and nothing received any damage. I am blown away by their dedication and commitment over our satisfaction.
