Brad and his team were amazing. From initial communication to finished product, it was simple and seamless. We now have a very professional basketball hoop at our home, that will provide years of pleasure for my son and I. Can’t recommend Tri State Assembly enough.

I have been wanting a quality hoop installed since I was kid so I wanted to make sure I was getting it done right and that I was getting a quality hoop. Brad went above and beyond. He was very personable and knew his stuff. He explained all the different options and made sure everything was done right. I am so thankful for all his hard work, time, and effort he put in to make sure everything was to my liking and that it holds up well. He was very professional and his communication was amazing!

Brad and crew were awesome. Punctual. Professional. I originally was going to purchase the hoop from Amazon. I ended up returning the hoop back to Amazon and purchase directly from Brad. The quality was substantially better than the one I was going to buy from Amazon. Super happy that I bought from him, and especially happy that I decided to use him for the install. High praise for Brad and his team! What started out as a nightmare for me was saved by the day(s) by Brad and Tri-State Assembly. I ordered a ProForm treadmill that was delivered in January 2021. I could not get an appointment with their technician until April lst. I contacted Tr-iState and they were here within a few days. Unfortunately, the console was damaged and the assembly could not be completed. Brad followed up to see if the parts were delivered. They did not arrive until July. I contacted Brad, who told me he was on VACATION and would get back to me ASAP when he returned. He did just that. My assembly was completed on 7/10. Finally! Thank you Brad and team for your great work! I would recommend his team for any job you need. Very professional, thorough and precise. Also, I have hearing loss and Brad was kind enough to text me throughout this process.

Brad was fantastic from beginning to end. Very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Got us scheduled in timely manner. Tear down of old basketball goal and installation of new goal system was done with great care. Cleanup of job site after was left pristine. Definitely recommend Brad

If you want your in-ground basketball hoop installation to be done correctly, Brad is your guy! He is very knowledgeable about a myriad of basketball hoop brands due to his level of experience. I wanted to surprise my boys & replace their old hoop that looked like it was from The Walking Dead. LOL! He was very patient with my MANY questions. After a ton of research, I decided to go with the Ironclad which can handle dunking & also has an adjustable height. Brad & his crew came out on time & began the removal of the existing hoop after explaining the process. They dug a deep hole and poured lots of cement to make sure that the new hoop wouldn't wobble. The end result was simply mind-blowing! My boys were amazed & even a few neighbors asked for his business card. They were very professional & left nothing behind. I'm so glad that I decided not to go with a local retailer's third-party installer. I definitely will be doing business with Tri-State Assembly in the future.

I was very pleased with Brad and his team. From our initial contact to the completion of the job, Brad was very accommodating and willing to work with us to meet our needs. He removed an old basketball goal that was concreted in the ground, and secured a new footing for the brand new goal. He and his assistants were personable and professional. Brad and his co-worker assembled a trampoline in our backyard. If I could give a rating over an A, I would! He was very responsive to each and every email/text we exchanged. Our trampoline had some intricate work in assembling the net and Brad was top notch. He took his time and didn't rush to stay on schedule. He came back in the morning to finish and ensure it was assembled perfectly! I would recommend Brad and Tri-State Assembly...would not hesitate to contact them again! Thank you!

Brad Williamson / Tri-State Assembly is the absolute best! I called, explained that I had a bed and dresser that I needed assembled and two (2) days later, Brad arrived to do the job. He was courteous, pleasant and the cost did not break my bank account. I will definitely recommend Tri-State Assembly to anyone who needs their form of professional service and I am sure, should I need help again, I will be calling Brad.

Brad and his team installed commercial grade monkey bars in our backyard. My husband and I had originally planned on doing the install ourselves, only to realize we were in way over our heads. We contacted Brad and immediately felt at ease by how knowledgeable and professional he was. He asked many important questions about the project and told us what needed to be done to ensure this was safely installed. He and his team did a wonderful job with install and cleanup. The project involved pouring concrete and I was nervous about there being a mess, but Brad came prepared with tarps and everything was well protected. He even worked around our aggressive timeline and had the project completed in less than a week from when we first called him. Brad is very conscientious and takes pride in doing a great job for the homeowner. I would hire him again with anything in our home or property.

The first time we used Brad’s company he and his partner did a great job assembling our bedroom sets in our new apartment. We reached out to him again when we bought our new house to see if he would be able to move us and assemble the same bed and do some other work that he specializes in. He agreed he could do the job. We were skeptical right around move out time because he was not responding to our calls/text. We thought we would have to go with another company but right at that moment he suddenly got back to us. He came out at 9am to start packing our heavy furniture (1 queen bedroom set, 2 couches, 2 tv screens, a small round dining room table with 4 chairs, & a children’s metal bunk bed) and didn’t finish loading everything until close to 7pm!! I couldn’t believe it took him that long especially considering that my husband who has a bad back was helping him. It was after 7pm and dark outside by the time they arrived at our new house to unload and assemble the furniture. They finished unloading their truck a little past 11pm. My son and I were exhausted!! Especially me since I’m pregnant and just wanted to lie down in our bed. Brad realized that he misplaced the screws for our bed!!!! He couldn’t find them anywhere!!! He thought he might have left them back at our apartment which was in another state. I could not believe this! He then had the audacity to tell us that he could come back in two days because he has to be with his family that next morning for home schooling. I couldn’t believe my ears!! So I asked him “so you mean to tell me you made a mistake and we have to sleep on the floor for 2 nights because of your family obligations?!” He then said “well you have the mattresses to sleep on until I can come back to assemble the bed.” He ended up not assembling ANYTHING because he said he was tired and been working all day! I told my husband to get our money back since we would be hiring another company to assemble our furniture and mount our TV’s. To make matters even worse the screws were not at the apartment and not anywhere. Thankfully the new company we hired through HANDY.COM was able to size our bed holes and went out to buy the screws we needed and put everything together very quick and professional. Even mounted our TV’s and did some other miscellaneous work we needed done. We will NEVER EVER use Tri State Assembly again! Brad was UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, UNREALISTIC, UNPREPARED, INCONSIDERATE, INCOMPETENT, and just truly a WASTE of our time and money! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

Brad was AWESOME! I was impressed from our first conversation. I was impressed that I was able to speak directly with Brad (the owner)! He requested pictures of the project in advance and walked me thru the process. He provided options related to the removal of the old system. As promised he was on time and he along with his technician worked independently throughout the process. I highly recommend using this service. I contacted another company (Load Up) who never responded as promised after I sent pictures of the project. Thank you Brad for a job well done!

I highly recommend TriState Assembly for basketball goal assembly and installation. The initial phone consultation was very informative and helped me choose a good quality basketball goal. The owner and his assistant completed the installation in two visits. They arrived on time and were very professional. We’ve enjoyed our basketball goal since Jan 2018, and I’m confident it will continue to hold up for years to come.
