I have Used this company multiple times and I love them- no job too big or too small- Major desire to help- I own a real estate company with property management and there is always something left- sometimes entire housefuls and Gene and his team handle it for a great price.

They were 1 time.They were quick and the big thing is they are tremendously cheaper than the other phone number you guys gave me.They only charged $40 compared to other guys which is $140.

I had gotten a Amazon Local Coupon back in October as I knew that once I moved my mother to a retirement community I would need help getting the rest of her stuff taken out that Impact didn't take. I waited until last week to call as the coupons was valid until April. When I made the call, the man answered and told me he wasn't honor the coupon anymore that he was taken any one trash out of the house. I knew I had more businsess than his coupon and would have been willing to work with him, but he never game me the change. He never asked me about what we were looking to do, he was rude, and when I ask about my money back he told me to contact Amazon. I hung up and called I-800- Junk...they were nice prompt and took out a truck full of nicely pack up stuff that my mother no longer needed. Would NEVER USE HIM.

I called Gene out of the blue, and he came on the drop of a dime. He removed king-size mattress and box spring from my storage unit, and saved me from having to pay another month's rent on my unit. He was awesome!!

It went very well! He stayed in good communication until they arrived. They removed the large amount of stuff very quickly and were in and out in no time. Will definitely use again.

They were very prompt coming looking for what I wanted hauled away. I explained to them how I was going to have it packed to go. And they said no problem, we can get it all on our truck. They came in with a Ford pick up truck and I said to them when they came are you sure you are going to get everything on there. They had stuff hanging off the tailgate. I told him, that had to get on the highway. I don't want my stuff all over the highway. They tied it with rope. And it was hanging off the tailgate. It was piled so high. I said to him I only want you to make one trip. This is what I said when you came out to look at it. He told me he was going to have to make a second trip. And he was going to have to charge me more. I told him no you are not. I just thought it was awful. I don't know why they just brought a pick up truck.
