"**SCAM ALERT** This company is a danger to the public. Do not trust them to provide any service related to gas at your home. The delivery drivers are incompetent and do not perform proper testing when delivering highly flammable gas. My tank valve was incorrectly threaded by the delivery person which caused a leak that emptied the tank, turning my back yard into a time bomb. The service team treated this as a common occurrence and did not respond with any urgency. I was left without heat for my home and the threat of explosion. I asked for the courtesy of a phone call prior to arrival so I could return to my residence and observe them as they checked the tank and was NEVER communicated with regarding the issue. It took me calling them nearly 12hrs later to hear the tank had been refilled, something I NEVER authorized. To add insult to injury I'm now being asked to pay for the refill, truly abhorrent. I believe they intentionally employ incompetent delivery drivers in order to double charge customers. As evidenced by the many negative reviews related to customer service this has been going on from some time and is clearly the way they do business. For the health and safety of your family, choose a different provider. **BEWARE**"

"I won a Small Claims judgment for the return of my $1200 deposit to Piccoli for a pressure tank job which I immediately canceled, but never received the return of the deposit. There was no dispute that I canceled this job immediately. After a month and a half and 2 letters written to Piccirilli Plumbing I haven’t yet received the return of my $1200. I had contracted Piccirilli for a job to replace my Pressure tank. After giving a $1200 deposit, I Immediately researched the price for the job and found estimates much less. I called the office immediately and canceled the job, This was not in dispute. Now I have to spend even more time and effort to collect the debt that was awarded me in Small Claims court."
