Andre was wonderful....on time....discovered problem within the first ten minutes he was here. He checked both units, cleaned unit downstairs....finished in no time. He was finished within a half hour! We're very happy with results, and the company. Would hire them again in a jiffy if we had the need. Quick response time, punctual, rapid solution and much less costly than we were anticipating. Great job!

expert technician - provided valuable feedback for AC improvements

We have used this company two times. The first time was to install a new heating and air conditioning system in our warehouse. The second time was to remove the old boiler and install a new boiler/heating system in our home. Exceptional work, exceptional customer service. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

The hvac technician was very friendly professional and understanding to what I needed done. Did not try to upsell me additional services or parts. The quality of work is top notch but a little pricy. All in all I needed a quick response for the repair because our furnace was not working and they came very quickly and fixed the issue.

Furnace is older and a new furnace was suggested. I would have if I had the money or credit. Repairs were done and a new part replaced the worn out. So far so good. Great to have heat again. The very competent repair gentleman, Andre, showed me the areas where there were likely future problems. Business was prompt, respectful, reliable and I can say with complete confidence this business is highly recommended.

This company is without a doubt one of the best, most professional, most courteous service I have ever seen. They came on time, diligently worked all weekend long, kept me apprised & in the loop the entire time, and finished promptly. Kudos to Andre Campbell!!!

My neighbor told me my HVAC air compressor was making a noise so I called to have it checked out. I had called 3 places before I could get an appointment, when I called Green Planet, they arrived within two days. The gentleman was very professional and checked out my whole heating/cooling system. He could not find anything wrong with the air compressor but the man told me to change my air filters and if the noise returned to record it so he would have a better idea of what he was dealing with. So far everything is working fine, so I'm hoping that old dirty air filters were the problem.

Our HVAC broke down in the middle of a heat wave on the weekend and the house was unbrearable and dangerous for a seriously ill family member. . Andrew came ASAP and quickly solved the problem, explained what he had done clearly. Knowledgeable and professional. Very happy to have their services and would call them again.

The technician did a very poor job. Cut some wires from my condenser and did not fix it before leaving. This is not an organized professional business.

Prompt and on time, did every thing they said they would and were very courteous. Pleased with the service.

I think $325 is way too much for just a wire to be replaced. The furnace also needed 2 switches which the repairman did not have, but he did help me getting the correct numbers to have the parts replaced. I also found the man not to be very personable or talkative he lacked the personal touch that I like. So I will not use the service again due to the cost and lack of personality.
