Description of Work: Fixed some small plumbing issues and changed a bunch of radiator valves.

Description of Work: They replaced the drain pipe from the house to the street for me. They came, quickly opened up the ground and replaced a piece of pipe there and closed the ground without even test if the drain works. I was at work so I paid them per their request. However next day the drain pipe was discovered leaking. In order to get them back to fix , I ended up paying another $1500 to them. I knew I should not pay them extra but they didn't want to come to fix and I could not afford losing my tenants. ( I know I sound stupid). Throughout the project they were rushing and fighting with each other. I regret for having them doing this project.

Description of Work: Replaced burst pipes in garage. Very expensive. Much higher than estimate.

Description of Work: replaced vent pipe for downstairs bathroom, replaced corroded line for AC system, repaired wall where vent pipe was taken out, put in new pvc pipe for basement utility sink, and put in new pipe for drainage for washing machine.

Description of Work: Called them to come inspect my water heater because pilot light would not stay lit. When I researched on internet, most likely cause was thermocoupler. When the technician came, I tried to suggest he change thermocoupler. Without trying this, he told me the water heater was too old (11 years) and had to be replaced. I again suggested we try changing thermocoupler first, he told me this might make water heater explode which makes no sense. I finally agreed to replace water heater. He said he would go get a new water heater and come back in 30 mins. He came back 2 hours later without any explanation. Meanwhile I had told him I had gotten someone to cover me at work until this was done. So he knew I needed to get to work as soon as possible.He spent another 1.5 hours replacing water heater. After replacing it, he told me to air out the pipes by turning on the kitchen faucet. At this point I realized he had somehow cut off all water (hot and cold) to kitchen. He spent 2 more hours under my kitchen sink trying to figure out why I no longer had water in kitchen after the water heater replacement. Of note, I had had no problems with water in kitchen until he replaced the water heater. At this point he told me my kitchen faucet was bad and he was going to go buy one to replace it. Again, this made no sense since I had never had any problems with my Kitchen faucet. He told me he would be back in 20 mins. 2 hours later, he had not come back. At this point I called the office and told them I wanted the owner to come and fix this problem since I did not have any confidence in the technician. The owner did come over but could not help me since the technician had dismantled my kitchen faucet and taken it with him. When owner called technician, turned out technician had gone to do another job. So despite the fact that I had told him multiple times that I needed to get to work, he had left me hanging while going to do another job. I found this unacceptable and indicated that to the owner. The owner told the technician to come back with my kitchen faucet. Within 10 mins of his return, the owner had restored both hot and cold water to my kitchen sink without the need for a new faucet.I believe the owner knows what he is doing, but his technicians do not. At this point, I am pretty convinced that I bought a new water heater unnecessarily and all I needed was a new thermocoupler. I would not call this company again.

Description of Work: Removed bath tube and put in a shower. Retiled the entire area.
