A few mornings ago we discovered water in the basement from and unknown source, they walked my husband through a whole house shutoff until they could arrive and worked on first round diagnostics of the possible issue. When we had issues with our system a few years back and the system was not heating our kids bedroom, he told us to go buy a space heater to heat up the room; after spending $31,000 on his system.
