Doug Swartz is a con man. When they drilled holes in our yard they never filled the first hole and we had a sinkhole occur. When we had issues with our system a few years back and the system was not heating our kids bedroom, he told us to go buy a space heater to heat up the room; after spending $31,000 on his system. He is the persona of an irresponsible sales person and I would not use this man for his services.

Doug and his service team at Mid-Atlantic Geothermal helped us out immensely this past winter. We came home from a weekend trip and discovered that a pipe within our unit was leaking, and we had no heat. They walked us through the repair process, got emergency heat working and helped uncover another issue with old faulty piping that was installed underground running into our home. Doug explained everything to us during each visit from his team and the entire repair was completed in a very timely manner. He even provided us with his cell phone number and fielded many calls from us during the repair. Each member of the team that we dealt with through the whole ordeal was professional and understanding. They have us as customers for life and I would recommend them to anyone that has a Geothermal system in their home.

Absolutely the best price I got. The techs worked efficiently and cleaned up after every day of work. I would highly recommend this company.
