"Patrick for my sales rep was very knowledgable & did not use crummy fear mongering tactics while also giving me a realistic assessment & no pressure quote on my roof replacement. My roof was 20+ years old & required full OSB on top. Hunter my project manager was very transparent & kept me in the loop consistently as the project unfolded & helped me update the financing (due to full OSB adding labor & product) with zero hassle. The workers themselves were very nice and courteous. I felt fully informed & had a dialogue from initial appointment setup to project completion. I will definitely use them again in the future for other projects!"

The office said this would take a day and quoted me a price. They charged me money to hold my appointment date. A month went by, I had to call the office the day before the appointment to make sure that someone was still going to be arriving the next day. The appointment was scheduled to start at 8:00 am. The handyman came to my house at 12:45. He looked at the jobs that were to be completed and said that he could only finish one of them and asked which of the three I would like him to do. He went out to buy materials and returned back to my house sometime around 3:00. He never even fully finished one of the jobs. He left my house at 5:30 and I was charged over $1000. I was also charged for a gallon of paint that he never even used because the job was never completed. I asked if someone would be calling to schedule the work to be finished. He assured me that someone would be calling. No one ever called or returned."
