Travis from planet roof is a true professional. The Planet Roof team showed up on time and completed the project as promised. Pete is very nice. However, he sold me skylights they couldn’t install. Made me goto a cheaper model that ultimately leaked and caused thousands of dollars in damage. I had to call another contractor and have them replace the skylights with the ones they said they couldn’t install. This cost me another 4K. Do not let them install skylights they will leak!!!

Dan was wonderful in helping us select a roof and walking us through the process, Manny and his crew worked non-stop to make sure the roof was completed to our satisfaction, even in the sweltering heat, Shane answered any questions I had after the roof was complete to make sure we were satisfied with the end result and Johnathon was communicative with billing questions. We contracted with PR to replace our roof and we highly recommend their services. The crew did a great job replacing the roof, making repairs and cleaning up the work areas. We worked with Jordan who was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. He was also very responsive to all of our inquiries.
