New Look got my business by doing what I expected, and then going above and beyond. Specifically, if you are looking to get roof work done, and you want to get a couple of quotes, then you should expect - even from highly rated organizations - to call far more roofers than the number of quotes that you actually want. Many won't get back to you, and the ones that do will likely try to give you a quote based on a verbal description, or at best an inspection based on Google Earth photos. If you don't have an easily accessible roof (my case) then don't expect people to come to your house and go up there. This is disappointing, but where New Look sets itself apart. I was looking for a smaller job, and an overall roof evaluation & estimate. My sales rep showed up on time and did a drone-based inspection of my roof, taking pictures (which were provided to me) to justify their evaluation and small job estimate. They also did the math to figure out the overall square footage of the roof for an overall estimate. They also agreed to come back out and do a physical examination of the roof, which they did within a week. Finally for the small job that I decided to go forward with, they were able to make small modifications based on observations I made, and did a few minor things like resealing some skylights at no cost. Really, it was what I expected and hoped for from a contractor that wants my business. Sad to say, they were the only ones to meet that level of service prior to the job. Then, when the job was executed, they went above & beyond by arranging the work crew around my schedule, taking pictures throughout, and crawling through my narrow attic space to insure that the modifications were made in the right locations. The pictures were again provided to me for my records, and it was clear that they are very interested in providing future services, when I choose to get my roof done. I really appreciated their customer support. Nothing is perfect though, and I should call out the following minor issues just to set expectations and ground this review in reality: - The pictures were provided to me at my request, rather than as part of the standard process - It took several attempts to get the work scheduled, once we agreed on the scope of the work and the price - contract was signed - When the job was completed, the crew left without confirming the work or collecting payment. This was later explained as part of the process, but in the moment it was a surprised. Overall, I would say that the customer service was very good, if not perfect, and I am happy with the quality of the work. I expect to strongly consider their services in the future.

Most pleasant experience we have ever had with a contractor. Great pricing and super high quality work plus on time every day. These guys are top notch and extremely honest. I will continue to do business with them!

New Look Exteriors provided fast, quality service, for a great price. They replaced damaged siding above my garage with the original manufacturer's siding. It was exactly the right color and type. NLE sales' representative, Z., was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified what needed to be done had a proposal to me quickly. The inside staff NLE, C., knew my name and made sure I knew what was next in the project and the timeline. The NLE install crew, led by G., was fast and efficient. Siding looks great. I recommend these guys. (February, 2024).

Fantastic company to work with. I needed some new siding and had been taking many quotes. New Look had the best combination of choice and materials. My wife and I ordered siding with insulation and, even though the timeline was tight, New Look said they'd try to get it installed before the winter. In Mid December, the siding and material arrived. They started tearing the old siding off the house on Monday morning and had framed my doors and windows, repaired some walls that needed work, and finished installing the siding by the end of Wednesday. New Look did a ton of work in a 3 day timespan.

New Look Exterior was able to replace my roof in a timely, professional manner at an affordable cost. I thought this project would be stressful, but New Look Exteriors made it an absolute breeze for me. They were punctual for every meeting and they were able to answer any question I had for them. Their answers were also in terms that I was able to understand. I will be coming to New Look Exteriors for future project.

Jason, Zack, Josh, and Jake were all wonderful from start to finish. They were super thorough in explaining everything to us throughout the process. They did everything in a very timely manner and were so careful and detailed with everything. Would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them again for other projects!

Great experience with New Look Home Exteriors. They completed a full roof replacement, replaced the old box gutters, and repointed two chimneys. Competitively priced, especially for the amount of work that was done. Very responsive team and the finished product looks great. Hiring them again for an upcoming siding project.

New Look was the first company who provided us an estimate when we first started looking into siding replacement. We knew very little about the process, and the estimator did a fantastic job of explaining the methods they would use for every aspect of the siding replacement, including the house wrap, window/door frame coverings, soffit/fascia, and gutter replacement. After getting several other estimates, we chose to use New Look. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, from contract signing to final inspection. The siding replacement took only a few workings days, the crew worked very efficiently. We were very happy with the workmanship and the final product. The crew was very considerate as well; polite, cleaned up the work area very well, and even did small extra work, replacing a seal on a roof vent that was outside of their scope of work just because they happened to notice our existing one was going bad. When we requested one minor change to the gutters at the final inspection, the crew came quickly to make the change at no additional cost. The house looks excellent and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the final product.

I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. I needed new siding around my entire house, and reached out to several companies for quotes. Zack and Massimo from New Look came out at the agreed upon day and time, and talked with me about my preferences and concerns. They provided different options and costs on the same day as our meeting, and promptly answered all of my follow up questions while I made my decision. Once I decided to go with them, the process worked exactly as they explained. Once the materials came in around 6-8 weeks later, George (project manager) and his crew came out every day the weather would allow and worked quickly and courteously. I discussed any issues or questions I had with George each morning before the work commenced, and found him and his crew to be very responsive to my requests and willing to accommodate in any way possible. I would recommend this company to anyone who has similar siding needs.

A fine job of roofing and box gutter repair , by the roofing team. However, my experience with company representatives reiterates my belief that everything must be captured on the contract. Again, great roofing team, but tedious company representatives whose only concern is getting all the money.

I absolutely recommend New Look Home Exteriors if you’re in need of some work done on your house. We worked with them to have our windows, doors, gutters and siding done and I was impressed with them from start to finish. They are kind, timely & fair, offer insightful suggestions and don’t over sell. The work they did on our house is excellent, both in appearance and function. There’s a noticeable difference in temperature with the insulation they install behind the siding. It looks amazing and it’s obvious that they paid close attention to detail, took their time and didn’t cut corners. Each crew that was at our house was friendly and respectful. They installed our outdoor lighting and Omar even installed a new dog door for us. When the one I bought didn’t fit quite right, he trimmed it down and got it lined up perfectly, customizing it to our house. They treated it like it was their house they were working on, so if you’re looking - you won’t be disappointed if you go with New Look.

After 2 overpriced estimates (obviously didn’t want a small job), George and his crew were reasonable and timely.
