"I would give no stars if possible. Saela North Orem is a sophisticated scam. They use personable door to door salesman, promise exceptional service and lock you in to an 18 month contract with little recourse. They then lie and try to sell $7-15k attic mice remediation age when other companies find no evidence of hantavirus mice activity. They are labeled pest control but are actually a smooth scam artist operating in numerous states. I believe any ratings above 1 star are paid/fraudulent reviews. It took us a few months to figure out their process. I broke my own rule of never contracting with doors sales and always review company prior to contract."

"I do NOT recommend!!! Unless you want to be trapped long term in a contract that cost $299 to get out of. Backstory: A salesman came to my door to sell me this. He would not take no for an answer. He obviously saw I was overwhelmed and trying to cook dinner for my 5 kids. He came around to the back of the house to continue to hound me. I ended up saying yes. Then, when I moved out of this rental that I signed the contract for, they told me I had to continue to pay or get charged $299 to cancel. They have even informed me if I don’t schedule a service they will just charge my account and just send me to collections. I love the threats… Now I have to either pay for a pest control service that my new home does not need or pay $299 to cancel. I wish I could give a 0 star review but I can’t. I regret switching from Brooks Pest Control. They were very kind, respectful, and overall a better company!"

"I hired All Natural Pest Elimination 5 years ago, give or take. I purchased a home in Oregon that had powder boring beetles, and needed them removed. I also purchased flea and other insect protection. I have just learned (and will admit to not reading fine print) that my animals, who have always run freely in my home during services, were supposed to be confined whenever a service was performed. According to the customer service manager, "the technician's notes indicate they told me I needed to confine my pets." That never happened. So, for approximately 4 years I received service that was either not completed, or the techs did complete the service but lied about having advised me regarding my pets. Even all of this would have been ok if the customer service manager ever indicated they may have screwed up. It happens. But to tell me I must be wrong because the technician's notes say they did something is making some very large assumptions about the veracity of the techs and the customer's ability to tell the truth."
