Their door to door salesmen are the real pests. Even with "NO SOLICITING" signs in such clear view that you'd have to be blind and/or illiterate not to see them, they still knock, they still waste your time, they refuse to take no for an answer, they come by at all hours, with one experience with them being after dark, after 9pm in one case, and they get attitude when they're told to simply leave. Today, 7/19/2024, in the South area of Salem, OR, I had a "Carlos" roll up on one of those 2-wheeled "Hoverboards", ignore my no soliciting signs, then get an attitude when I told him "Nope, just go.". Even if we had pests around here (which we don't beyond the occasional ants and the unavoidable flies), I'd rather keep their company than ever give this company a single penny. I'm about to call their HQ and see if I can opt to get my address put on a blacklist, and if not, I may have to make sure it gets put on there anyway.

We have used Axiom for many years and have always had exceptional service. The techs that were here today went above and beyond to help me with some pesky ants. We have used their regular service, and never been charged extra if we encountered an issue between regular service…and that has happened a fair amount of times due to a lot of mice and rats in this area. I highly recommend this company.

Set up a new service for pest control with Michael at Axiom. He was quick to respond to my request, followed up to answer questions and get me set up. He was able to provide me with a fair price, comparable to my current provider.

Amazing company, tremendous service, professional company and staff from front end sales rep to back-end customer service and all the folks in between including the service exterminators. I have had no sugar ant's fir the first time in 17 years. This year I had a spider problem inside, they showed up early for my two-month scheduled maintenance and now a few weeks later, no spiders. They are quick to respond, so kind, they built a loyal, trustworthy company on hard work, customer focused and integrity.

Service is on a quarterly basis. Excellent: here when he was scheduled, started work immediately, friendly, explained what he did, advised we should avoid hornets for a while and finished. Great job!

The technician (Skyler) arrived ahead of schedule, introduced himself in a friendly manner and responded positively to our requests to treat areas that needed attention. He was thorough in doing his work and courteous in letting us know when he was finished. This was our initial service appointment with Axiom, and Skyler made an excellent first impression. We hope to see him again.
