Very responsive and showed up on time. Not thrilled with the annual service agreement

As always very professional and timely. I've been with Croach since 2013, and have had no major issues. At one point, a couple years ago I notice a very active Paper Wasp nest growing on my Patio Arbor. I called Croach and within a couple hours, my service technician John, arrived and quickly took care of the infestation. I'm extremely happy with the friendly and professional service I've received from the Croach Team.

Cyrus Neil was tech today and did great job. He even sprayed my hanging plant as he saw it was dying, my services today were dewebbing around the eaves, windows, doors, gutters, and j-rail. checked your bait stations, sprayed along the foundation, windows, doors, and gutters to create a barrier that will help keep pest out of and off your home. Great job

After being costumer for 3-4 years my brother want to cancel the service because he is selling his house. He speaks little English and I was helping him by talking to the office. Office manager refused to give me any information, won’t let me to translate for him and couldn’t provide their own interpreter. Also said he can not request it in writing and he needs to add me on the account, have me as POA with all legal documentation. I would never ever recommend this company to anybody. This is pure discrimination

The process was smooth and very efficient. The business office person is nice and on top of scheduling and services. The service people were very prompt and efficient and only interrupted us inside when they needed to spray and continued to work outside to stop the ants. Would definetly hire again.

It went well. Douglas was very prompt and arrived in the designated time frame. He explained how the job was done and advised us to wait 24hrs before going back to the nest area so that any scouts returning to the nest will die off.

The technician who came out was Ranaweera Senaviratlma. He was prompt, gave us a quote, and went to work. He was friendly, informative, and professional. He sprayed and we have noticed only a few ants since. He will be back in a month to check.

Great! They always show up on time, do what needs to be done, and leave a helpful report of what we need to know.

Excellent! Service Mgr James came out the morning after I called Croach for help -- eradicated the nest in less than 10 minutes. James is personable, professional, and knows all about yellow jackets. He and all the Croach personnel are a pleasure to work with.

Service was excellent. Tech Doug is professional, personable and efficient. Croach emails me in advance of each quarterly service, and is always available by phone to answer any questions. I can rely on Croach to keep my home free from pests, and they only use garden-friendly products. This is an excellent company to work with.

They came out and advised us on the project. They were quick to get back with us and early for the appointment.

Went well. Technician (Doug) was prompt went right to work. Under gutters, etc looks good with the sweeping he did. We have had them for over a year and can tell our spiders/ants especially have been fewer. Spiders in house gone! They also do inside prevention of the home which we did do once in that year. Would recommend!!

It went great, he was punctual and friendly. Did a great job and helped us cover the beds. No more bugs!!!!!

Ranaweera was very professional and performed a thorough service. He is observant, noticing a small wasp nest in the highest peak of our roof line and knocking it down. All functions were completed and no places around the house were omitted. As always we are very please with the treatments and the fact that our home remains pest free. Thanks again

Technician Doug completed the service -- he was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and attentive to my requests. Croach personnel on the phone are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company for all pest control needs.

Very professional service. Senavi is a gem. Explained everything in terms I could understand. Even found a wasp nest that I did not know about. So excited about them I have signed a one year service agreement. No bugs for me!!!! (and I live in a bug infested area. Independence, Or.)

Excellent. Good price, speady response, did job same day as estimate. Took care of problem right away.

It went well. The technician do all the job. They do check crawl space. I gave them C for price because it wasn't cheap.

FRAUDULENT! I told these guys that I already had a pest control service provider and the salesman asked to look at my invoice, then said "no, your invoice would say if you had a contract so you're safe to sign with us!" I told him I was leery, and asked if I could cancel should I find out I had another contract. He said "no problem, just give us a call." He did not say that there would be a $200 cancellation fee and they refused to let me out of the contract. Ladies in gentlemen, the legal term for this is Fraudulent Inducement. I went back to check my contract that I signed digitally at the front door, which they said would be emailed to me. Surprise! The page says "Thanks for signing" and shows a BLANK PAGE. After multiple calls to try and get this resolved and claiming that they would "get back to me," (I literally called over 10 times and was told they would call me back and finally said I would hold for a manager) they instead sent me to collections and upped my charge to $310. Needless to say, I will not be paying these crooks and would rather have my credit dinged then deal with them.

I got their $300 Initial Pest Service which was suppose to include back to back service to break the pest breeding cycle. They were to spray inside and out for pests and come back in 30-days and repeat. They never sprayed outside nor inside, just went after ants and never came back for the 30-day repeat. This place was a big ripoff!!!

They're great. They come on a regular service. They're really nice. We had a mouse problem a while ago and they cleared the field behind us and they came right away and took care of it. So, they're great. I think they come every three months. We got them on a contract, and I think it's a $120 quarterly, $480 annually. Actually, I never see them.

I think they are responsive.
