Their cost is high and they lock you into a contract.

Go with the small company. They do not do weekends so you have to take a day off of work for them to come out. Been working on this project since January where a small contractor had it done in a month last time. It is subscription based so that right there should have been our first sign it was going to be prolonged. They do contact you to see how they can make it better, but it is only after you leave a poor review. Better off going with a small company that will take care of it quickly and efficiently.

We have been using axiom now for 4 years. We have a large rat problem in our neighborhood and they have taken good care of us. They got the rats out of our house and come out in between services whenever we need them to. The technicians are great too! Sean stopped back by after he completed our service to make sure we knew what was addressed and were happy with the service today!

Pet friendly applications. Had to have repeat treatments frequently. A bit on the pricey side.

Excellent pest service, great customer friendly service, well worth the money for the piece of mind.

Does almost everything by contract, and preventative service is really more about coming back for free, rather than preventing.

I don't see any improvements after they come out. Tech's are nice, but I'm paying a premium for a service that doesn't work. Then you can't cancel without paying hundreds of dollars so they harass you every week to come out regardless if you want the service anymore. Huge mistake.

Ant problem keeps returning . Nice people, good customer service..has not been super effective yet.

I had an emergency "pop-up" during the installation of a new HVAC system, and Jessica was instrumental in getting someone to respond the same day! They have always been helpful, but she went above and beyond!
